The CK6150B CNC lathe is an independently developed product by our company, designed to meet the needs of mid-to-high-end market customers. It is a highly cost-effective CNC lathe with a mature structure, precision manufacturing, and mass production capabilities. This is one of our company’s latest and most promoted models. The machine is widely used for batch turning of disc-type, sleeve-type, and short shaft-type workpieces, as well as for internal and external threads, tapers, and spherical surfaces. Product Information
- The machine adopts a flatbed structure with wide-support hard guideways. The bed guideway width is 400mm, and the base is cast using either a monoblock design (1000mm) or a split design (1500mm and 2000mm). It has a fully enclosed exterior design. The machine is well-equipped, aesthetically designed, with excellent rigidity and precision. It offers high reliability, ease of operation and maintenance, as well as great safety.
- The guideways are induction-hardened for enhanced rigidity, precision, and long-term accuracy retention. Major components such as the bed, base, spindle box, and carriage are precision cast and undergo finite element analysis. The rib layout is optimally designed to effectively improve the machine’s anti-vibration cutting performance.
- The machine utilizes a three-speed helical gear spindle box structure, with an A2-8 spindle nose locking system that accommodates heavy-duty cutting requirements.
- Equipped with a 4-position electric turret, the machine also offers an adjustable tool post option, making it easy to adjust tool tip height and flexibly handle tools of different sizes.
- The machine features a modular design. In addition to multiple spindle box and CNC system options, the machine can be customized according to user requirements with various configurations of chucks: manual chuck, 6″ or 8″ hydraulic chuck; tool turrets: vertical 4-position, horizontal 6- or 8-position electric turret, or gang tool post; and tailstock options: manual or hydraulic. An optional simple bar feeder can also be configured if needed.
